D. Raja, general secretary of the Communist Party of India (CPI), slammed the BJP over the 'failure to address the concerns of the people of Manipur and restore peace and normalcy in the state'. A five-member delegation, led by D. Raja, visited Manipur on August 21 to witness ground reality and express solidarity.
